Primary sources first
Before publication, factual claims must be checked against primary sources, such as the IRS and Social Security Administration. Each guide will list the sources used.
Visible review
Author and reviewer names, publication dates, and update dates belong beside each article. Pending review is labeled explicitly, never presented as completed.
Updates and corrections
When rules or official guidance change, affected content should be checked and its update date revised. Corrections should explain what changed. The launch articles remain unverified drafts.
Editorial independence
Future advertising and affiliate relationships must be disclosed. No advertising or tracking scripts are active. Affiliate links must be marked sponsored.
Responsible numbers
Projected figures, proposed rules, and confirmed amounts must be distinguished. Placeholder numbers are never financial guidance.
